Unit Criteria
- You must have a good tenant history with NO EVICTIONS.
- You must have fair - good credit.
- There is a $25, non refundable charge for each credit report and application processed.
- One month's rent security deposit, unless noted otherwise.
- Security deposits and first month's and last month's rent must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order only. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Property Manager Responsibilities & Maintenance
- Professional advice to help you get your house ready to rent and beat the competition.
- Provide quotes on cleaning, carpet cleaning, and general repairs needed.
- Oversee all work being performed on your property and approve all work before any bills are paid.
- Monitor all expenses such as utility bills.
- We take care of it all. Provide hands-on supervision of the preparation of the unit, advertising, showing of the units, screening, and processing of credit reports.
Management At Work
- Tenant relations are handled in a firm but discreet manner.
- Evictions are taken care of quickly and efficiently.
- Maintenance is overseen on a regular basis.
- Regularly scheduled inspections of property.
- 24-hour, 7-days-a-week emergency response.
- Invoices are reviewed and approved before payment.
