Mortgage Broker: Requirements are 24 hours of classroom education pre-license course. This course covers all material needed to excel on your state examination. The material at AREM is simple and made easy to learn with our working professional in the trade. Topics that will qualify you to become a true professional are included in material such as: Mortgage Laws, HUD Closing Statements, Lending rules and Regulations, underwriting process, and other topics related to financing real property.

State Examination consists of 100 questions with a passing score of 75%.
Mortgage Pre-Lic - No-online courses are permitted by law.
Flexible scheduling for those who require one-day change from the 3-day course Fri-Sat-Sun.
